The Last Refuge on Earth
Because it is our responsibility as photographers to capture these moments before they are gone forever.
Madagascar is like no place else on Earth. Nowhere on Earth will you find the stomping grounds of the elephant bird, the largest bird to have ever lived, 70 varieties of lemur, and the largest and smallest variety of chameleon in one place. Combine this collection of the strangest and most unique species with breathtaking landscape unique to only this secluded island, and you have a winning combination for some of the best photography this planet has to offer. In addition to my passion for wildlife and landscape photography, my dream would be to have a chance to photograph this twilight zone before it quickly disappears to the whims of man and his ever growing need for land and resources. Species on this island are at an all time high extinction rate because of deforestation and farming - our future generation may never get a chance to enjoy the rarity that exists today. I wish to capture this timeless refuge on film before it is lost forever.

Good ideas like yours that are not in the Top 100 are nearly impossible to find. This is unfair as many great ideas are hidden.
