Wombat dreams
My dream assignment is to explore the animals of Australia through photography and how their conservation efforts affect us.
Wombats, koalas and the duck-billed platypus, oh my! What type of place would cook up these wacky animals that don’t look like anything else on the planet? My dream assignment is to explore the animals of Australia and how they bypassed the evolution of species unlike the rest of us. Through photography, I will explore the world of Australia’s isolated creatures, bringing to light animals that others may have never even heard of, much less seen in person. I will digitally capture environmental portraits of these awesome creatures to show that although they are different from what we know, their conservation is as important as the animals we are familiar with.
I will visit conservancies and sanctuaries that work closely with the animals to get an idea of their behavior, and will also use nature guides to find the animals in their natural environment.
It has been a life long dream of mine to visit Australia and see these animals in person. This would be my opportunity to combine my passion of photography while making this dream a reality.

This is a great Idea! Check mine out too and if you like it...return the vote! Mine is about exposing a fatal conflict taking place in the Congo.
Good ideas like yours that are not in the Top 100 are nearly impossible to find. This is unfair as many great ideas are hidden.
