My dream assignment would be to travel the Appalachian Trail to document the crisis and faces of Americas rural poor.
My dream assignment would be to travel the length of the Appalachian Trail to document the crisis and the faces of Americas rural poor.
These days people seem to think that the only crisis facing Americas poor is in the inner city. They overlook the plight of a section of America that has been left behind. These are a people that have limited access to jobs, medical and dental care, jobs and education. Things that most of us take for granted. My dream would be to put a face on that crisis. To show that the people that live in this beautiful, rugged mountain area still have the spirit and hope of a better life.

Good ideas like yours that are not in the Top 100 are nearly impossible to find. This is unfair as many great ideas are hidden.
