Hike the Inca Trail at Solstice
I want to hike the Inca Trail, photographing the journey, the people, and the ruins.
Starting at Cusco, I would take photographs of the people and the culture of Peru. Then I would hike to Machu Picchu along the Inca trail, photographing the ruins and the experience. I would spend I would arrive at Machu Picchu the day before summer solstice and photograph the sunrise and sunset, as well as a star trail exposure. Then I would take the train down from Machu Picchu back to Cusco. This experience would be turned into a photo-travel book to be published.

Time has turned much of our past to dust. This is a good dream, you will need a good donkey.

Good ideas like yours that are not in the Top 100 are nearly impossible to find. This is unfair as many great ideas are hidden. Those of us in the “Sub-100” should work together to promote the best projects of the Sub-100 so that they can be in the Top 100 and be seen. Please vote for best Sub-100s!
